JD has been involved with Danse Xpressions since the beginning. He has served as the Masters of Ceremonies several times and always assists backstage during recitals. Mr. Cruz is the father of four daughters, three of which take classes and husband to Mrs. Flo.

Alix designed and renovated the Danse Xpressions Studio to its present state. He has been in the construction industry for 17 years. He is currently a Project Manager at a sheet metal company in the Bronx. Alix is Pascale’s husband and a father of three of which two take classes.

DJ Grand Marquis provides the music for classes and for the recital each year. He also hosted their Showtime to Apollo recital. He has provided services for WKTU, WBLS, Jay-Z, New York Knicks, EA Sports, to name a few. He received his Masters Degree at Rutgers University in Administration, Policy and Planning/Social Work. DJ Grand Marquis is currently the Director of Clinical and Social Services at United Cerebral Palsy. He is also a licensed psychotherapist for adults and high school adolescents. He was past President of the Rotary-Bayonne New Jersey Chapter and was recently elected as an Advisory Board member for Bayonne Hospital. DJ Grand Marquis is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity a civil and social service organization. He is Pat’s husband and has two sons that take classes.

Charles provides the background sets for all the recitals and also has videotaped several recitals. He retired as an Archivist from the New York Times where he worked for 30 plus years, and as a Loan Administrator for New York Community Bank. Charles is the husband of Adele, the father of the other owners, and a grandfather of nine.

Steven took tap classes and performed in Danse Xpressions LLC's first and third recitals and also played vital roles in all the recitals. He is a graduate of New York City College of Technology, where he earned a Bachelors of Technology in Computer Systems. Steven received a Masters Degree in Information Systems with concentration in Business Administration at Pennsylvania State University (Penn State Harrisburg). He is also working at the Defense Information Systems Agency, where he is a part of its computer network support team.

Patrick is the director and owner of Unimix Films. He is a New York based filmmaker and is the CEO of UNI Wedding Videos. He is also an official member of the team behind NBC’s broadcast program “ New York 360.” Patrick is credited for working on award winning shows like “Law and Order (SVU),” “Secrets of New York", and “Sex and the City.” He also penned and produced a short film titled, “One More Try.” He is currently working in pre-production for his next full feature titled, "Forever and a Day." Patrick is Jessie’s husband.
